Drop Off Locations for Those With Disabilities
HALTON ARENA: There will be a drop-off area in front of the James H. Barnhardt Student Activity Center building (Halton Arena). Once on campus, follow the signs and tell traffic personnel that you wish to use the Halton Arena drop-off area. Staff will be available at the Halton Arena drop-off area to assist guests with limited mobility. Wheelchair assistance will also be available.
For your safety, bag checks will be conducted at entry points. Prohibited items include but not limited to: weapons, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, noisemakers, laser pointers, animals except service animals, skateboards, and roller shoes.
MCKNIGHT HALL REMOTE VIEWING: McKnight Hall is located in the Cone Center. Guests who would like a more spacious area may sit in this theater-style room. Guests do not need a ticket and may be dropped off and picked up at the Cone Center entrance on University Road. Elevator access to McKnight Hall is available. Guests who will need wheelchair asisstance to enter McKnight Hall must bring their own wheelchair. Wheelchairs are generally available for short-term rental from medical supply stores and some pharmacies. STUDENT UNION MOVIE THEATER REMOTE VIEWING: The movie theater is located on the 1st floor of the Student Union next to Outtakes Quick Cuisine. Floor level seating is available but limited. Guests do not need a ticket to enter the theater.
Accessible seating is available on the arena entrance level for guests using wheelchairs or who are unable to climb stairs, plus one accompanying person.
Wheelchair assistance to accessible seating will also be available. Guests who cannot transfer to a seat and need to remain in a wheelchair are encouraged to bring or rent their own. Wheelchairs are generally available for short-term rental from medical supply stores and some pharmacies. Seating is limited so early arrival is strongly recommended. Doors open 90 minutes prior to each ceremony.

An American Sign Language interpreter will be present and seating will be available in Section 111 for those with a hearing impairment. FM systems will also be available. Please visit one of the Information Tables, which will be located at the East and West entrances, for more information.
Seating for individuals with low vision will be available in Section 132.
